How a project runs
1. Survey and measurements
We talk through how the hall will be used, the number of seats, the row layout and the slope of the floor. Where needed we take measurements on site.
2. Model and upholstery
Based on how heavily the hall is used and on the budget, we agree the arm type, whether writing tablets are needed and the upholstery material.
3. Production
Seating is made to order at our Istanbul facility. Production time depends on quantity and model, and the exact time is stated in the quotation.
4. Shipping and installation
Seats are packed to suit the hall and the journey. How installation will be handled is agreed at quotation stage.
Export orders
For orders going abroad, packing and loading depend on the mode of transport: road, sea or air. The delivery term (Incoterms such as EXW, FOB or DAP) is written into the quotation. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and, where the destination requires it, a certificate of origin. Countries we have delivered to: [country list].
Frequently asked questions
How long does an export order take to ship?
Production and shipping time depend on quantity, model and destination. The exact time is given in the quotation.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
The purpose of the hall, approximate number of seats, delivery city and any specification are enough to start. We settle the rest in conversation.
