Quality Policy
Our quality policy fits in one sentence: every seat that goes into a hall should work in year ten the way it did on the first day. To get there we do not leave inspection to the end of the job. We check at each stage of production.
How we inspect
Incoming materials
Steel profile, foam, fabric and mechanism parts are checked when they arrive. Anything that does not match the expected size, structure or finish is kept off the production line.
During production
Weld points, powder-coated surfaces, how the foam sits in the mould and the stitching on the upholstery are all checked between stages. A faulty part is corrected before it moves on.
Final check and shipping
The seat and backrest mechanisms are operated, and dimensions are compared against the order form. Seats are packed so they arrive undamaged.
What we promise our customers
Build to the dimensions, arm type and upholstery confirmed in the order
State the delivery time clearly at order stage and warn you early if it changes
Answer after-sales faults and spare part requests without delay
Record feedback and fix repeat problems at the production stage
